FAQs

What type of Identification is required for Notary Services?

All signers must provide non-expired, government issued identification. The ID must contain a photo, a physical description, a signature and a serial number. Acceptable types of identification include:

Driver's License

State Issued ID Card

U.S. Passport

U.S. Military ID Card

Is an Appointment necessary?

Yes, all notarizations require an appointment time be booked and confirmed with an available Notary. This will allow us to ensure we have all documents in advance and that the appointment is conducted in an efficient manner, keeping it as convenient as possible for you.

Can you explain these documents to me?

A Notary Public is not an Attorney and by law can not explain the details of the documents to you. You must understand the contents of the documents you will be signing and understand that you will be legally bound to the terms of the documents you sign. A Notary Public is there to verify the signers identity and to witness the signing of documents.
